Cult Beauty: MAC Studio Sculpt Lash + Smashbox Brow Tech

The second in our new Undone beauty series – Cult Beauty – which focuses on our favourite cult products for skin and hair…

Cult Beauty #2 notes:

Mac Studio Sculpt Lash Mascara
With a toothbrush style wand head, this brush can achieve good separation, though its thick formula enables layering coats easily for a bolder look such as used on Monique. I applied a coat of Studio Sculpt and waited for it to get tacky (not completely dry), before applying the second coat. For extra control when achieving the clump effect, use a small brush with few hairs to apply extra product on individual lashes.

Smashbox Brow Tech in Taupe/Soft Brown
One of Smashbox’s original products, a bestseller that won’t transfer off your brows halfway through the day. Use an angled synthetic bristled brush for the cleanest line. Using the lighter shade, start about two thirds in from the beginning of the brow, filling in sparse areas. With feathering motions push the remaining product on the brush through the inner third. Dip in to the darker shade and outline the tail of the brow. Comb through the brows with a spoolie brush, and set with the brow wax.
