Nourishing and quick to make, this homemade avocado face mask is a Glasshouse favourite and perfect for banishing the change-of-season blues. Whipped up in under five minutes using only a ripe avo and a cup of oatmeal, this mask is our ultimate speedy skin savoir!
½ a ripe avocado
½ a cup of oatmeal
Cook the oatmeal as instructed on the package, and mash up the avocado with a fork. Mix the two ingredients together and apply the cooled paste to your skin.
After 10 – 15 minutes, simply wash off with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
